ZLG-Vibrating Fluid Bed Dryer

Working principle

The material enters the machine from the feed inlet, under the action of vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal fluidized bed and moves forward continuously, the hot air passes through the fluidized bed and the wet material after heat exchange, the wet air is discharged from the exhaust port after the dust removal by the cyclone separator, and the dry material is discharged from the discharge inlet.

Applicable materials

The equipment is suitable for drying and cooling operations of powder and granular materials in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, dehydrated vegetable, grain, mineral and other industries. Such as: citric acid, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, shredded radish, soybean meal, wine lees, seeds, slag, sugar and other materials.
