The boiling point of material solution under vacuum is reduced, so that the heat transfer driving force of evaporator is increased, so the heat transfer area of evaporator can be saved for certain heat transfer. The heat source of evaporation operation can use low pressure steam or waste heat steam. Evaporator heat loss is less. It can be sterilized before drying, and there is no impurity contamination in the drying process, which is in accordance with GMP requirements. It is a static vacuum dryer, so the shape of dried materials will not be damaged.
Vacuum drying, is to dry the dry materials under vacuum conditions, heating and drying. If the vacuum pump is used for pumping and dehumidifying, the drying speed is accelerated. Note: If the condenser is used, the solvent in the material can be recovered by the condenser, if the solvent is water, the condenser can be not used to save energy investment.
