Product Overview

This equipment integrates spray drying and fluidization granulation functions in one, realizing one-step granulation of liquid materials. It adopts spraying process, especially suitable for micro auxiliary materials and heat-sensitive materials, and its efficacy is 1-2 times higher than that of boiling granulator. The final moisture of the product can reach 0.1%, equipped with powder return device, granulation rate ≥95%, can make 0.2-2mm particles. The improved design of internal mixing multi-fluid atomizer can handle 1.3g/cm³ of specific gravity of infusion.
