Product Overview

Multifunctional Granulation Coater is a new type of solid preparation equipment combining spray drying granulation technology and fluidized bed, spraying fluidized bed technology and rotary granulation technology into one.

It is mainly used for granulation, pill making and coating in Chinese and western medicine, food and chemical industries. Such as granules before pressing tablets, hard capsule granules, Chinese and Western medicine granules and solid drinks in beverages (solid instant granules), especially suitable for slow-release capsules and granules.

Application

• Mixing: For materials that can be fluidized, such as powder, granules, micro-pills, etc. can be uniformly mixed in this equipment, and the mixing effect is very superior due to the three-dimensional movement of air (horizontal, ray and tangential direction).
• Granulation: Spraying binder to powder material can produce various granular range of products.
• Coating: Very effective material bed bottom spraying system with new three-layer structure nozzle for film coating of powder, granule or micro-pellet.
• Hot melt coating: Hot melt materials, such as hot wax, are available for film coating of powders, granules and pellets.
• Spray drying: The suspension is sprayed onto the powder.
• Cooling: cooling the product by making the material fluidize and boil with dry cold air.
