Working principle

The model consists of container, spiral mixing blade and transmission parts: the spiral blade is generally made into double or triple layers, the outer spiral brings the materials together from both sides to the center, and the inner spiral conveys the materials from both sides of the center to form convection mixing.

Applicable materials

Screw belt mixer is generally used for the mixing of viscous or cohesive powder and granules, as well as the addition of liquid and paste materials in the powder and granules, while due to the difficult cleaning characteristics of viscous materials, suitable for the production of large, infrequent replacement of varieties of occasions mixed.
