Product Overview

The equipment consists of a cycloid reducer connected to a central screw and an outer spiral belt rotating at the same speed. When working, the central screw will mix the material from the bottom to the top, while the outer spiral belt with higher linear speed will lift the material from the bottom to the top along the conical cylinder wall disk, the two kinds of movement under the action of centrifugal force and throw the material along the tangential direction to space, the material produces strong convection shear, diffusion, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid mixing. (The screw can also be made into a reverse screw).

Features

Can be retrofitted with flying knife and spray atomization assembly to meet special process requirements. Discharge valve has manual and pneumatic two ways. Special materials can increase the motor power (weighted type)

Applications

This equipment can be used for mixing, reacting, drying and cooling of powder and powder (solid-solid), powder and liquid (solid-liquid), liquid and liquid (liquid-liquid) in chemical, medical, pesticide, dyestuff, petroleum, metallurgy, building materials, etc. It is especially suitable for mixing of materials with different specific gravity and mixing ratio.
