Product Overview

By the screw's rotation and rotation of the material in the cone to produce composite movement, the main four forms of motion: 1, the screw along the wall of the rotation, so that the material along the cone wall for circular motion; 2, the screw rotation so that the material from the bottom of the cone along the spiral rise; 3, the rising material by its own gravity down. Four kinds of movement in the mixer to produce convection, shear, diffusion, so as to achieve the purpose of rapid and uniform mixing. 

Features

The equipment can be retrofitted with a flying knife and spray atomization assembly to meet special process requirements. Discharge valve has two ways: manual and pneumatic. Special materials can increase the motor power (weighted type).
