GHL-Wet Mixing Granulator

Working Principle

Powder material and binder are fully mixed into wet soft material by the bottom mixing slurry in the cylindrical container, and then cut into uniform wet particles by the side-mounted high-speed crushing paddle.

Performance characteristics

This machine adopts horizontal cylinder structure with reasonable structure. Air-filled and sealed drive shaft, which can be switched to water when cleaning. Fluidized granulation, granulation nearly spherical, good fluidity. 25% less binder than the traditional process, and shorter drying time. Only 2 minutes of dry mixing and 1-4 minutes of granulation per batch, which is 4-5 times more efficient than the traditional process. Completed in the same closed container, dry mixing - wet mixing - pelletizing, process shortened. The whole operation has strict safety protection measures. It can be made into a jacket type according to user requirements.
