This machine is a continuous drying equipment through the flow, used for the drying of flakes, strips, granular materials with good air permeability, especially suitable for materials with high moisture content and high temperature not allowed for dehydrated vegetables, Chinese medicine tablets, etc.; this series of dryers have the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity and good product quality, and can also be dried after granulating or making into rods for paste materials in the form of dehydrated filter cake.

Working principle

The materials are evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder, and the mesh belt generally adopts 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh, which is dragged by the transmission device to move in the dryer. The dryer is composed of several units, and each unit of hot air is circulated independently, part of the exhaust gas is discharged by a special exhaust fan, and the exhaust gas is controlled by a regulating valve. The hot air passes through the mesh belt covered with materials from bottom to top or from top to bottom to complete the process of heat and mass transfer and take away the water of materials. The mesh belt moves slowly and the running speed can be adjusted freely according to the temperature of the material, and the dried finished product falls into the receiver continuously. The upper and lower circulation units can be flexibly equipped according to the needs of users, and the number of units can also be selected according to the needs.
