Applicable materials

The equipment is suitable for pulp, paste and powder materials; heat-sensitive materials requiring low-temperature drying; materials prone to oxidation, explosion, strong stimulation and severe toxicity; materials requiring recovery of organic solvents.

Performance characteristics

When the oil is heated, it is controlled by automatic thermostat and can dry biochemical products and mineral raw materials, the temperature can be between 20～160℃. High thermal efficiency, more than 2 times higher than the general oven. Indirect heating, materials will not be contaminated, in line with the "GMP" requirements. The equipment is easy to maintain and operate, and easy to clean. The recommended process placement demonstrates solvent recovery process placement.

Working Principle

Heat energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam or heat-conducting oil) is passed into the closed sandwich, and the heat is transmitted to the dried materials through the inner shell. Under the power drive, the tank is rotated slowly and the materials inside the tank are mixed continuously, so as to achieve the purpose of intensive drying. The material is in vacuum state, the vapor pressure drops so that the water on the surface of the material (solvent) reaches saturation and evaporates, and is discharged by the vacuum pump in time for recovery. Material internal water (solvent) constantly to the surface penetration, evaporation, discharge three processes continuously, the material in a very short time to achieve the purpose of drying.
