Shot Blaster

Spherical shot blaster is used for rounding particles. It makes beautiful spherical particles by setting up a rotating centrifugal disc, a blower, and a pneumatic gun.

The wet particles made in the previous process are put into the rotating centrifugal disc, and the blower is started and then the rotating centrifugal disc is started. The wet particles are affected by the air buoyancy of the ring gap, rotating centrifugal force, and their own gravity, and carry out the rope-like movement around the star ring. Finally, the particles are formed with a very high degree of true sphericity.
