Mixing Granulator

Mixing granulator can mix and make granules in the same container. It uses a circular or conical cylinder as the chamber. The container uses a stirring paddle to tumble and mix the material in a brief period, and then a cutting knife to make granules. The speed of the mixing and cutting flyer is changed so that varied sizes of granules can be obtained.

Fewer binders are used than in the traditional process and drying time is reduced. The pellets are nearly spherical and the granulation speed is faster than the traditional process.

No dead angle inside the cylinder, so it is easy to clean. The whole operation has strict safety protection measures.
