Cabinet Dryer

Cabinet Dryer

The cabinet dryer is built as an insulated chamber, equipped with multiple trays to condition the material. Air is passed through the heater with the help of a fan and then parallel to or across the trays filled with material. The air flow easily passes through the layers of trays, creating good conditions for the drying process. It is a batch dryer, easy to operate and control the process.

The cabinet dryer can be equipped with a recirculation damper to help save energy by using a mixture of waste and fresh air as the drying medium. This also increases the humidity of the air and prevents crust hardening and crusting on solid surfaces.

Vacuum Cabinet Dryer

The vacuum cabinet dryer is clearly different from the non-vacuum model. It should be designed as a strictly insulated and hermetical chamber with vacuum pump. Trays in the chamber are heated by a suitable heating medium and conduct heat to material.
